This is a helpful and extensive parent/educator resource (very pro parental rights) opposing gender activism in schools from a secular source from an LGB group.

Philosophy books are also useful; they expose the deeper assumptions underlying gender ideology. Two good ones are Kathleen Stock's Material Girls and Alex Byrnes's Trouble With Gender. Also consult Helen Joyce's Trans.

Hello! Unfortunately, Portugal has one of the most "progressive" gender ideology laws in all Europe aproved by the former Prime-minister António Costa, now president of the European Council (European Commission). In 2018, the lefties aproved the ID self-recognition law, implemented the social transition in schools without parent's consent and they also passed the conversion therapy ban that nowadays scares doctors and psychologists. The majority of journalists are woke or stay in silence. A group of parents and supportive professionals from different areas launched Juventude em Transição that belongs also to Genspect's network. Here it's our link. Take care and stay strong for your children!

items I would also suggest.

- the 2019 spectator article "The document that reveals the remarkable tactics of trans lobbyists"

this article describes that from the start gender policies have always been a well financed and carefully orchestrated attack on parents and kids.

- 2023 UK medical provider BMJ report "gender dysphoria in young people is rising. This article explains how there is no actual evidence to the claim that gender meds help. People who claim this are placing a huge weight on the idea that kids who were affirmed are helped by gender transition because once pre puberty kids who are affirmed experience puberty, they also experience negative feelings when natural puberty doesnt align with the gender adults told them they were (the lies they were told). the simple fact is that if kids werent affirmed into opposite gender in the first place, they wouldnt be having as much trouble with puberty. it also shows that gender affirmation is a one sized fits all measure where the basis for claims it helps almost never is the same as the population its focused on

I learned so much with the definitions and the croquis. I didn't know about all these groups and I am so happy. I will share them in different social outlets. I noticed lately that people are not so adamant now to insult me when I tell the truth about transgenderism being indoctrination because no children will think about that for themselves. We all have been children and we know that those ideas never passed our minds. This is total an indoctrination issue. And how it is well explained in the article these sensitives, that some children have, made them perfect targets for the predators up there of different kind and with different agendas and the parents have been hit by a hurricane. But tides are changing and the most we speak up without fear the most people will not be so supporting of something that at least can be controversial at the eyes of the public opinion, and we must make it controversial. I was watching the purple hair people and they do not have any real explanation or logic or strong argument, they are bullies and recurred to bullying about feelings and all those tactics but if we stand firm and tell them how lame they are and how liers they are everything stopped because they don't have anything really. Stay brave and state bold. It is amazing that we have to be explaining the obvious and create organizations and groups to state the biological trues that are so self evident.

Great list of resources. Another substack posted this today so I thought to link it here. It speaks about the dangers of puberty blockers.

I would add:

https://course.rogdrepair.com/p/rogd-repair

"You've read all the books, listened to all the podcasts.

But how do you get through to your child?

ROGD Repair is a course for parents that begins where other resources end, combining the psychology and communication tools you need."
