POWERFUL! Yes, parents do have all of these rights, and they need to be honored, supported and respected. It is wrong on every level for a perfect strange to make any decision about OUR child. This evil trans cult has interfered with our parenting rights and have given that authority to teachers, coaches, therapists, counselors, doctors, surgeons...this is criminal. Accountability time! I agree that the original birth certificate should be preserved as a historical record even if the birth child wants to change their name and/or sex. Good essay!

y’all. hey, I’m watching an episode of better things starring Pamela Adlon on Hulu. It’s season five episode four and mom is in the car with daughter and they are talking about pronouns, etc. Pamela Adlin is freaking hilarious with her commentary on the whole pronoun thing, and it just dawned on me that the best way maybe to reach our kids is with humor. We can apply humor to so much of this, and that is sometimes the only way to reach teenagers. We are so caught up in the absolutely horrific nature of this cult that we express ourselves in a various serious way. If we can change that to a humorous exchange to show the absurdity of all of this, we might have a better chance…

Absolutely agree. Although the birth certificate belongs to the child ,as it's a record of his/her birth , it's also a very important part of the parents' history and should never be erased by a LIE !! Well said ,thank you x

Who determined that the birth certificate belongs to the baby being born? It is a vital record of what happened that day. The mom's name is on that certificate too. https://thetranstrain.substack.com/p/truthful-and-factual-birth-certificates

Excellent and useful list, thank you. On the last bullet point, my view would be to end it at "... feelings."

As someone mentioned above— yes— include young adults under the age of 26. B/c these kids have been mentally and emotionally frozen in a state of immaturity. They are not functioning adults.

Amen. Let’s enshrine that into law.

I agree with your list, but I see most of them more as responsibilities than rights. If parents fulfill their responsibility to begin consistently and lovingly teaching their young children all the truths you list, they will be better prepared to reject the lies they will eventually be told. As the saying goes, the best defense is a good offense.

the best defense is to lock down the wifi and block all search terms related to trans, but even then the school propaganda will get to them

I'd add: Parents have the right to not allow the child a smart phone, nor allow them unsupervised on in the internet. Also parents must educate the child on the evils of the internet.

this is exactly right but very difficult to do in our world. Schools require wifi access for all sorts of things as do any type of club or activity.

Very nice list. I might add one more: "Allow your child to experience the sometimes painful character building journey of adolescence without trying to shelter them from all psychic pain, while remaining a loving and supportive parent."

Puberty. We must, must do a far better job of getting youth through puberty, it takes time and space, more so today because of endless comparisons, social media, commercials, movies, etc., that our youth are bombarded with, we need intelligent, based, strong, men and women, to help boys and girls make it through puberty, make this a priority.

YES! There is a corrupt agenda to PATHOLOGIZE PUBERTY, and schools are often complicit with this.

This campaign for parental rights is extremely important.

Please consider including "youth" or "young adults" in your consideration of parental rights. What I witnessed first hand is that the government cuts off all parental rights when the child reaches 18 BUT the government (where I then lived) allows ITSELF to take the place of parents for "youth"/"young adults" via various targeted programs that give such young people housing and medical care ... essentially cutting off family relationships in favor of the nanny-state. This is combined with public and private financing of programs for trans youth that medicalizes them. It's very effective in the goal of producing a crop of young people for the medical-experimentation-industrial complex.

YES, AlexEsq! The Pharma-Medical Complex is the real money maker and manipulator behind-the-scenes.

Children can often legally consent to these procedures BEFORE they can even legally consent to sex.

I speak on this in front of the "transmafia" in NYC schools, while they do their best to silence me. I already posted this Video, but in case you haven't seen it, I think you will want to since it brings all of this home in a boots-on-the-ground kind of way. I speak at about the 1 hour and 10 minute mark AND the 3 hour and 30 minute mark.

Exactly right. My daughter was over 18 when the state of Colorado gladly allowed her to change her legal name to something immature. We have zero say now. She is a young adult manipulated and still has a child’s mentality in may ways. The community is eager to jump in and take over as parents should we put our foot down.

I agree and I do advocate for protecting young adults. I am a parent of a young adult, so I write with that in mind frequently.

Agree with all of it for minors. However, when the child ages out, there is very little we can do. I think what definitely needs to be law is no changes to birth certificates. Celebrities have stage names, but their original birth name remains unchanged. This is no different.

It also should definitely be law that doctors cannot cut off healthy body parts no matter what age.

Changing a birth certificate is changing the reality of the parents and actually the entire family. This is not just about the perspective of the person who wants to change the document. Doing that erases the reality and history of everyone involved. It changes actual historical facts. I gave birth to a male child. That is a fact. And it is part of my life history too. How dare someone be so arrogant to change facts in my life as well. Totally wrong.

You are totally right. This whole trans thing is an attack on the mother and the authority and status that motherhood gives women, an status that too many men resent, even though it's never been nearly enough authority and status for what mothers do as the breeders and primary caregivers of humanity.
