Here's how you can help Ted Hudacko

If you haven’t had a chance to read Abigail Shrier’s latest substack article, Child Custody's Gender Gauntlet, please take the time to do it now. Ted Hudacko is a parent of a trans identified child, and his custody tragedy is happening now in California.

Briefly, Ted's son has been alienated from his father since 2019. The courts have facilitated the separation of the child from his father, as well as the medicalization of Ted’s minor son with androgen blockers and wrong sex hormones. Read Abigail’s article to learn more about how Ted’s belief systems have been on trial, and how he has been denied an objective hearing by biased judges in the family court system.

Throughout this extended process, Ted has had shared custody of his other child, indicating that Ted’s fitness as a parent is not at issue here.

Ted believes he has nothing left to lose and has bravely shared his story with the world. We have heard other stories like Ted’s in our parent groups, but he is one of the few speaking up. All parents impacted by gender ideology should stand with him in solidarity to push back against bias against parents in our legal system.

We are in Abigail’s debt for shining a light on Ted’s shocking story. Ted’s unfolding tragedy should get the public awareness it deserves, to help Ted achieve a fair hearing moving forward.

Ted has a continuation of his hearing TOMORROW, Thursday, February 10th, at 10am PST. Observers are allowed.
