There should be a fund for survivors. I don't know whether it will come out of straight forward lawsuits or out of something like a Gender Truth and Reconciliation Commission like that mentioned in https://pitt.substack.com/p/international-right-to-truth-day?s=r but we must have some lawyers who understand how to go about this.
