Testosterone seems to be highly effective at keeping unwanted male attention away, thus effectively sterilising her. Her choice. It has taken me years to overcome the personal hurt I felt about what she has done to her body. She is still alive, which is amazing. For that I am thankful.
Overcoming what they do to themselves is very hard. My daughter is still alive too but I only see her through her social media, which is painful to view since she glorifies what she has done to herself...
