About a month ago, just a week before he went back to college for his sophomore year, my handsome, smart, creative son told me and my husband that he was thinking he should "be a girl and consider taking hormones". What can I say—we were frankly devastated. How could it be that our perfectly healthy young man was unhappy with his body and was even considering following this cult-like madness? Wasn't he too smart for all of this nonsense? Didn't we raise him to love and value his own body and mind?
Totally! Whatever gets you from day to day at this nihilistic time is good thing. Also positive advice from any quarter is better than the alternative darkness.
Remove yourself from the college rat race. I would never let my boys go away for college after my niece was captured. She shouldn't have gone away either. We have been conditioned to push our 5 year old small children out the door 5 days a week for kindergarten and push our 18 year old kids away and out of reach. Don't do it! This isn't the atmosphere where they will blossom and spread their wings like it used to be. It is heavy brainwashing. I am witnessing it now at the community college level with my high school boys right now. I mean HEAVY indoctrination and LIES. My boys laugh & joke about it because we have been discussing these topics for years. It took away some of their innocence and childhood because I needed to expose them to this nonsense to protect them. Big picture. Local college vs. out of state means nothing unless you are wanting to be a politician, neurosurgeon, or something along those lines. I still personally feel those colleges mean nothing to them. Who cares! This is literally the difference between possibly saving your child or not.
I'm curious as to why you would even allow him to go back to College and into the snake pit with his "trans" friend being there to influence? Colleges aren't worth the $ anymore, they're simply very expensive indoctrination centers that tell white people they're oppressors & evil. Your son should get a trade, focus on his music as a side hobby & possible extra income. Get your kids out of these schools. They are dangerous.
As someone who practices tarot and astrology, and would vouch for their efficacy, I advise not to trust every psychic out there. The vast majority are charlatans, so it's important to practice discernment in who you choose to trust. However, divination and other psychic readings can provide valuable insight into the underlying emotions and situations that may lead people to a crisis point with gender ideology.
I'm a boy who leans on the more feminine side, and this is reflected in my natal chart by the prominent placements of my Venus and Moon, and knowing this has helped me come to terms with my identity and self-expression. I don't think I was at much risk of being inducted into the trans cult, but the thought had crossed my mind before I had properly researched it. Regardless, this understanding of myself and the energetic blueprint of my body has helped a great deal in accepting myself for who I am and what I look like; there's no need for medical intervention on a divinely natural form.
Please do not dabble in psychics. Demons are real. Sorcery is real. I know people who have escaped deep involvement with the occult. I have no idea whether the "psychic" you saw was just a skilled performer (likely) or an actual medium (very unlikely). However, this is not an area to get involved in for ANY reason.
There is no staring into this abyss without it staring back at you, and there are things in that abyss that are truly dangerous to your soul.
What? Worse than the demons in politics, colleges, schools the medical fields and leadership of countries like China, Russia etc and the UN, WHO, WEF, Vanguard, Blackrock, Disney, Hollywood? Need I go on?
I’ll bet $100 that your son--and the “trans” sons of many of the parents who post here--have a pornography addiction.
Not just to any type of pornography. But to a specific type called “sissy” pornography. It is a genre of pornography that eroticizes the idea of transitioning and becoming a sex object for “alpha males”.
You can find it on niche (but growing) websites like Hypnotube.
If you’re a parent paying for your kid’s phone, laptop, internet, etc.. check their web browsing history. You can do it through your AT&T/Verizon account.
Some PITT parents have reported that their sons are identifying not just as women, but as lesbians, of all things. I have wondered if the popularity of lesbian porn is the cause of that -- they subconsciously imagine themselves as one of the "hot" women on the screen enjoying another hot woman.
Interestingly, the "lesbians" in porn never look anything like the real-life lesbians I know.
I think you are correct, and the videos themselves confirm your theory.
The promise of these "hypnosis" videos, as they are called, is that by watching women and "sissies"--men doing an oversexed parody of women--have degrading sex, the viewer will accept his desire to be a sex object for more masculine men, and gain the confidence to transform his body to that end.
Imagining oneself as the women being degraded in the porn video is the bridge to becoming the person in the woman's role in the video.
And this is born out by scientific research as well. Activities that stimulate dopamine release--like orgasming to the thought of being the woman in your favorite porn videos--actually create grooves and pathways in the brain that reinforce the belief and behavior, when done repeatedly. It's the same as any other addiction.
I would seriously recommend that any parent dealing with a "trans" son start by checking his web browsing history. An addiction to "sissy" porn could be the cornerstone holding up his newfound "trans" identity, and knocking it out could be enough to bring the whole structure crumbling to the ground.
If the whole problem is that transgenderism is built on lies and unreality, manipulating the vulnerable, then how is seeking out a psychic---whom you pay, by the way---any kind of solution?
Keep us posted. I’m sceptical, but if she gives you faith in your gut instincts, and in a good future outcome, it’s useful. Her psychic take is grounded in pragmatism and pretty good grasp of the psychology of cults... I am looking forward to your update.
There is no scientific proof that people possess psychic powers, just as science has not yet shown that puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones are a safe, effective and necessary treatment for gender dysphoria. The so-called psychic was probably telling the author what she sensed she wanted to hear.
Not only did the psychic take the author's money under false pretenses, the psychic also gave the author permission to take a passive approach to her son's gender identity crisis by reassuring her that the problem would resolve itself. Nothing further was expected of the parent. The psychic as much as said so!
Now, it's possible that the son will desist on his own. On the other hand, he might not. In that case, the psychic's advice will have done nothing to equip the author to help her son.
While this story involves a high-school-aged daughter and not a son who is away at college, the mother's bullet-point recommendations at the end of the piece are widely applicable. Here is a summary:
1. Cease talking about gender with your child.
2. Educate yourself and never stop learning.
3. Stop going to therapy. The therapists will either be gender affirming or uninformed.
4. Your child's physical and mental health are your top priorities.
Now, if the psychic had offered that advice, it would definitely be time for science to rethink its position on the paranormal.
I just have to mention that struggling with this with a child still living at home vs a child who no longer lives in ones home is very, very different. This mom really doesn't have any power over what her son does or doesn't do, so talking to a psychic, if it helps her cope with the pain of it all, is really harmless. The second story you mention is about a child still at home. Even then, there are NO studies that show doing, or not doing, any of these things has any impact at all. I believe kids who desist, and their parents, are just lucky. The hardest thing is how little control we have over any of it once our kids are no longer under our roofs.
I keep thinking that one essential thing that I didn't see in the otherwise wonderful PITT book is that this is not just a personal issue, but boys and men demanding they be accepted as females is hurting females, girls and women. The effects are horrific. Most white people would not do what Rachel Dolezal did, which is pretend to be Black and then get into power positions. It's obviously racist. But few care about the female-hating involved in males saying they are female.
Perhaps this could be a crucial way to reach the boys and men who might care and not want to harm girls and women? (After all, the entire trans issue is narcissistic and selfish, and clearly females count for nothing except to be a fetish, but this might be a method to stop some.)
I don't begrudge any of us trying ANYTHING just to find a bit of relief and hope. One of my sisters goes to paranormal sessions of different kinds, once in a while. She is healthy and mentally balanced in every way, so I don't judge her. Maybe next time I'm in the States I'll ask her to bring me along with her. You know, though, the thing that I found most remarkable and heartening about your essay is the fact that the psychic was not captured by gender ideology. Points to her for that, if nothing else!
Anything that provides support to you and other parents going through this tragedy is worthwhile.
Totally! Whatever gets you from day to day at this nihilistic time is good thing. Also positive advice from any quarter is better than the alternative darkness.
With you all
We just need to keep shouting.
It’s going to take all of us.
The truth is like a lion.... you don’t need to defend it, just set it loose!

Just fyi, a male growing his hair longer is not an indicator of anything in particular except that said male has chosen to grow his hair long.
I'm firmly "trans skeptical," but I wear my hair down past my shoulders. Just fyi.

You are being lied to and being told what you want to hear, just like your son.
Not helpful!!

A more productive approach is found in the PITT story titled: "A family derailed and humbled by a textbook case of ROGD," which was published today. https://pitt.substack.com/p/a-family-derailed-and-humbled-by?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=374402&post_id=137029103&utm_campaign=email-post-title&isFreemail=true&r=8bzqv&utm_medium=email

We were in NYC just after my son's letter. My mom encouraged me to see a psychic. I now wish that I had!
