Supreme Court Clears Way, for Now, for Idaho to Ban Transgender Treatment for Minors, New York Times, April 15, 2024
A 6-3 Supreme Court today allowed a ban on ‘gender-affirming’ treatment for minors in Idaho to take effect. The Idaho law makes it a felony for doctors to provide transgender medical care for minors, including hormone treatment.
