Biden Withdraws Proposed Regulations on Student Loans and Trans Athletes
The Biden administration recently withdrew its plan to set rules around the participation of transgender athletes on school sports teams. Specifically, the proposed rule aimed to make “categorically” banning transgender athletes a violation of Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, while encouraging schools to “minimize harms to students” whose participation might be limited or denied based on their gender identity.
As with much news lately, the press presents vastly opposing views on this. From Trump Likely to End Title IX Trans Protections which makes it sound like a bad thing to The Biden Administration Benches Female Athletes which lays out how Biden’s reworking of Title IX would have been catastrophic for female athletes.
We need to pump the breaks on popping the champagne though. The gender affirmers have not come to their senses just yet. No, they are merely withdrawing a proposal that never officially went into effect. By doing so, they ensure the Trump administration can’t use this as a means to prohibit this regulation from EVER being finalized. But they must know most Americans don’t support the destruction of women’s sports. And maybe this is their desperate, last-ditch efforts.
WHAT WE’RE WATCHING
The fact that a gay comedian can make fun of trans-ideology in a stand-up routine is a good sign the wheels are coming off. Repeated here, if you can’t see the video.

Doctor: “Why do you think you’re trans?”
Gay guy: “Because I’m 100% certain I would make an excellent woman”
Doctor: “No, diva, you’re a man. How can you be 100% certain you’d be great at something you have 0 experience in?”
