I love how you just assume that none of my chosen eight family members ever saw a hint of dysphoria. That's a crazy assumption to make, and I still don't understand what you would do if you realize that this situation didn't happen. Might be a ESL mistake, to be fair.

I don't even think I have eight family members that saw me at a regular basis. Wow, grandpa, who I see once a year, doesn't think I displayed a strong wish to be of the opposite sex. Colour me shocked.

Also, I agree. Transition doesn't make you happy. It does make you a whole lot more happy though.

The most effective strategy is to grasp:

“Gender dysphoric” boys are gay

“Gender dysphoric” girls may be lesbian

It’s far more effective to develop lesbian and gay outreach sources to talk to these kids than any other possible remedy.

Ordinary children have their parents as a model as they go through puberty.

Lesbian and gay children don’t.

Unfortunately, it isn't this simple.

According to Dr. Lisa LIttman, the greatest number are gifted (maybe not handling "life" well?). But, it mostly seems socially acceptable to care if it pertains to gayness which most people no longer get bothered over? Loads of the middle aged men are straight autogynos (fetishists) And, the massive increase has been in girls.

I have come to think that "gender dysphoria" is mostly nonsense - so that Pharma/Insurance can get a medical code for something that is beyond experimental (ie, there are no controls).

The girls who are straight seem to think they are "gay men" and the Frankenstein Industrial Complex is more than happy to "treat" them.

Good article here: “Why ‘Gender Dysphoria’ is a lie” by Clinical psychologist Pamala Williams”

What we need to do is stop normalizing transexuality as some sort of inner gender soul and end the quackery in the psych/therapy/drug/medical industries. If insurance stops paying for cross sex hormones and cosmetic surgery the whole thing will deflate.

And, the outreach group, Trevor, is a trans grooming group now, so outreach groups go bad: "The Trevor Project: Undercover Mom"

So, I am against "social-emotional learning" in the schools and outreach to minors. Everybody figures it out. Leave the kids alone :)

Thanks for this letter. The DSM criteria is subjective rendering unworthy as a diagnostic tool IMO. My daughter would not have turned positive except in her own, under the influence, delusional years inside the cult.

The orchestration of insurance coverage goes back at least 25 years. There was a plan and distributed costs proved acceptable. Now there are insurance directories and transgender identified heads of insurance for transgender healthcare and massive building up of medical programs (to harm) for the booming new businesses in artificial reproductive technologies, etc

The battle lies ahead. Details can be found at these posts:

I don't get this new "shame over homosexuality" thing. I came out in 1974 and I never had any, and since then gay has become mainstream.

Why *now* would it lead to elective mutilation?

Be forthright about it. "Trans" is sickness. Don['t hire them, don't let them on planes.

Happy to see such clear, realistic guidelines to make changes that will benefit young people confused about their gender and bodies, and in emotional turmoil.

Happy to see that progress is being made in challenging the sadly misappropriate "affirmative treatment" model that's been pushed down everyone's throat without our freedom to speak on it without consequences of job loss, hostility, and even (in some cases) physical assaults.

It's likely to take a while for enough information to get out..and even then, it's going to be difficult for a complete turn-around for oh-so-many reasons (lobbyists; the gender industry; medical professionals' fear of suits; shame on the part of persons taken in, just to name a few). Many thanks for this contribution to a more thorough examination of the ideology of transgenderism and this call for accountability.

Rubbish.

I've been lurking in this forum and rarely saying much. But it's time to speak up.

I have yet to see any evidence to contradict the obvious conclusion that "trans" people are nothing but spoiled brats being coddled by people who have an agenda of bilking you parents out of a lot of money. All the evidence is clear that declaring oneself "trans" is a mechanism to procure special attention. And the best way to deal with it is to not give i.

Mary comes in and declares that she's now Mark, and everyone is required to be "supportive" an' "affirming" an' not be "transphobic," has to refer to it by its new Magic Pronouns lest "they" are overwhelmed by the oppression of traditional jenner roles.

Instead of being "inclusive,"

* give HER a slap in the face that dislodges molars

* get HER phone out of HER bedroom, and stomp it to splinters, No more TransTok.

* take her computer out into the living room and fasten it so the monitor always in view; ONE visit to anything "trans" and Mary goes to live with Aunt Lydia in BFE and goes nowhere but home and school

* call her bluff, hand her a single-edge.

Let's hear a little more "no," and put the clinicians in the most violent prisons in America.

I think we’d all like it to be that simple. Unfortunately the world we live in right now needs a lot more work than that to erase what’s already entrenched & fueling the madness. Not a great reflection that we should even have to do this, but I can concur, my primary care doctor would honor my request to declare my sex differently & thus prescribe me opposite sex hormones under the guise of endocrine deficiency/disorder & code it as such. It’s so far reaching…for instance, AI searches on this topic answer using gendered language, preferred pronouns & cite sources that have been discredited as though this has been universally accepted. They are not impartial. And your average teen/young adult is fast using ChatGPT, Grok etc etc
