I brought this argument up about intersex being a rare condition to my child gping through this trans nonsense and the argument they replied with was.... Well the fact that the intersex person gets to choose their gender even though they have 2 sexes, PROVES that gender is a choice 🤦‍♀️ I just can't win

I'm intersex. When I was born, doctors observed my body but didn't assign sex until they did a chromosome test which came back XY. I was given multiple conformance surgeries (age 2-14) meant to allow me to use a urinal and father children (neither goal was achieved). Among those of us born intersex, the main point takeaway is DON'T OPERATE ON US except to allow normal function. How is this message compatible with the trans agenda?

There's an intersex movie coming out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoNvk5N-MKo

I think it would benefit society to consider intersex a separate sex (Ancient Jews did!), obviously the experience of growing up intersex is distinctly different from the experience of a male or a female - especially puberty. I write about my experience at sarisimpapers.substack.com

Excellent analogy!

Simply brilliant. Thank you!

It’s part of the cult of trans insanity to make people think that sex isn’t observable at birth and isn’t binary. They will throw anything out there to muddy the field.

From the author ...

Thanks for engaging with my piece. I know many of you are disappointed that this isn't a full-on hit piece, and I understand your frustration, but the whole issue of DSD vs Intersex is within my comprehension but beyond my ability to write anything additive beyond "yeah, that's an actual observable and definable condition vs trans which is ... mush." Those of you who pointed out the fallacy of "IS-> Transgender" = "Amputees -> Humans not bipedal" have an excellent point!

Clearly I failed to make a brutally simple point that I really should have included... prior to 2000 the transgender occurrence rate would have been something like (sorry for the pedants out there) 2 in 10,000 or 99.98 of people were not worried about their gender, which in my height corollary is something around 6'8". Even then you can argue that this isn't a biological "born in the wrong body" condition, but it was exceptionally rare psychological condition. Those of us with high schoolers in the family know that it seems like ten percent of the student body is declaring trans-ness and that, regardless of the rate, something doesn't smell right.

Very good article Isaac.

Many have been ringing the alarm on the "something doesn't smell right", including yours truly.

We all have to lift our heads from the intentionally distracting and devastating food fight in the cafeteria, that is the "child-centric social contagion" ravaging families and look at those who came up with it, for their perverted and sexual amusement and are still behind the process and destruction.

I would encourage you and all parents here to watch Allie Beth Stuckey's piece, on the origins of much of this perverted and pornographic movement. Few are exposing this side of the trendy-hip-cool-inclusive movement...but it heartens me to see that there feminist's taking up this fight and working to expose the specters of pedophilia, in the roots of this evil societal rot, we have allowed.

The truth is we have a social contagion on our hands and nothing about the very small number of intersex individuals can touch the real numbers that we are looking at today. Also, intersex individuals (to my knowledge) don't behave as cult members operating in a hive mind.

Expand full comment

Exactly. And Intersex ppl have absolutely nothing to do with trans. Nothing. So, them bringing it up is pointless.

Expand full comment

Also, Intersex has absolutely nothing to do with transgender identity. They're also not a 3rd gender. They are still M or F. Males have defects and Females have defects.

Expand full comment

All intersex conditions are caused by something going sideways during reproduction i.e. mutations.

Trying to argue that that is proof of anything Is like saying that those born with extra or missing limbs means that the number of arms and legs humans are born with is on a spectrum.

Exactly.

Gender ideologues use the existence of Intersex people to prop up what they wish to be true about Transgenderism. It's a distraction, a bait and switch. They are two separate categories. Making the argument about transgender rights by using Intersex people to prove a point is disgraceful. Listen to Intersex people. Most are dealing with multiple health and developmental issues, and resent being used as pawns to prove someone else's argument. Just because one person is Intersex does not make another person Transgender.

When this argument comes up, repeat after me: "Intersex and Transgender are not the same thing."

If I had a buck for everytime I've heard from crossdressing males, "They (presumably medical personnel) discovered I had ovaries", I'd at least have enough for a decent 6 pack. And it's bullshit. Dudes would not have sired children or had ginormous biceps or whatever if they had a secret pair of ovaries for gonads.

We are not stupid.

Thank you! This is so important, but I worry that it's too complex for those who don't want to think, which is why you were writing to reach people. My understanding after being aware of the trans cult harassing me and everyone who dares to say no to them, and destroying my community for over 50 years, is that Intersex is EXTREMELY rare. I think that's what you're saying but I fear you will lose most with mentioning green eyes. I know so many people with green eyes, but doubt I have ever met anyone who is Intersex, even in the large community I live in. I fear this will fuel the trans supporters even more, saying that Intersex are even more common and therefore are connected to trans, in spite of the Intersex community I've read vehemently wants no connection with the made-up trans cult.

Expand full comment

But if you look, having green eyes is equivalent to meeting a person 6'2" (not that unusual).

Having an intersex condition listed by Sax is equivalent to meeting a person 6'8" (RARE).

Expand full comment

I think there's another step as well, which the trans cult insists upon, and which the author doesn't mention: trans ideology insists that the existence of people with disorders of sexual development proves that nobody has an innate sex.

Let's compare it to something very much more common: not having two legs. Almost two million Americans have had a limb amputated, most commonly the leg below the knee. The prevalence is vastly more common than DSDs. This might mean that only 99% of Americans have two legs, but it does not mean that Homo Sapiens is not bipedal. Some people are missing an eye, but Homo Sapiens still has binocular vision. Some people are born with DSDs, but Homo Sapiens still has two sexes.

That's excellent. Good to add to our list to counter the lies and manipulations.

Interesting read - thank you for sharing! I have green eyes most days, but some days my eyes are very blue. Go figure! I always felt tall being 5'7" and I have auburn hair. I am 46% Irish as well as 14% Scottish which accounts for my very fair skin and freckles. Until your article I was not familiar with the meaning of DSD or that Intersex people existed. I am constantly having to add words to my vocabulary to keep up with this trans-cult. I really wish it would all just stop and that human beings would use their God given brains to see the logic not the fantasy that a boy can become a girl or that a girl can become a boy - anymore than Pinocchio could become a real boy. I worry that my nephew will not turn away but will continue to follow the bread crumbs right into the forest to the cottage where the wicked witch lives, only to be devoured. My logic tells me that my nephew is smart, and will see the truth. But we all know that fiction is stranger than truth.

My sister is a birth professional. She has run maternity teaching programs. She has personally, or as an administrator, overseen more than 10,000 births by now. She has never once seen a single case of ambiguous genitalia in almost 30 years. Ambiguity is what Genderism wants to take from DSD conditions, along with the language ("assigned at birth"), but it is a fraction of the total DSD population and so rare that most birthing professionals will never, ever see it.

Expand full comment

The smug trans-cult phrase "assigned at birth" pisses me off whenever I see it. I'll be damned if anybody arbitrarily "assigned" me "boy" when I squeezed out of my mother's vagina, as if they had some kind of quota that day. They took a quick look, observed, and documented that I was a boy.

The phrase is appropriated from the science of this tiny, tiny number of children.

Thanks for all the hard work you put into this -- interesting! I think more generally we can simply say that a small percentage of aberrations/abnormalities occur in most systems; they ARE aberrations or abnormalities, and do not change the definition of what is normal for that system (i.e. sexually reproducing organisms, including humans, exhibiting a sex binary).

I hope your child desists soon. We need the example of parents who -- despite the counsel of bought-in "experts" and the omnipresent threat of suicide (not borne out by statistics -- are thinking critically and don't just affirm this madness. It seems there are more all the time.

I have no doubt that if I, as a teenager in the 1960s, had informed my parents one morning that I had decided I was a girl, they would have had swift and final "methods to directly shut down this bullshit". The shock and awe would have set me back on the rails quickly and surely. Thank God for the old days and parents who were clearly in charge.

Your parents would not have had a doctor telling them "you can have a live daughter or a dead son" as the doctors getting rich from this often do. The suicide threat is the most insidious form of emotional manipulation. A lot of kids have suicidal ideation, and some of them are being told that transing will cure them. Take an unstable kid, block the development of their body and brain, then put them on cross-sex hormones and, Bingo, you've got a potential suicide on your hands. Groomers tell kids to threaten suicide to get what they want. Doctors use the threat to make money. It's even being used to get our President, and every national organization created to advocate for women, to flatly abandon the basic rights of women and girls.

Susceptible young people hear the whole suicide thing and start to project that that is what they are dealing with too - transition or die. I remember watching a cancer documentary and the topic being covered of how powerful a death timeline is. Self fulfilling prophecy.
