Beautifully written. I needed this encouragement, and reminder that I'm not alone, today.

"And we will keep standing in truth no matter how lonely that place may feel.

Because real love does not abandon truth.

And real truth does not abandon hope."

Adding my AMEN to the other voices here. Praying with all of you for our loved ones to break free from this.🙏🏼

Psalm 20 seems like a very powerful prayer, just like Psalm 91. I say them regularly. Plus Psalm 145 to give God thanks for preserving us so far. May he bring our children back

Thank you. I needed this today. We are with you, our granddaughter has not cut us off but can’t understand why the people she trusted most in the world won’t accept that she’s a boy. I believe God will help her see the truth one day. I pray it is in my lifetime but if not, as long as it is in hers. We will not give up hope.

Thank you for sharing. This is where we stand as well, except for the hospital part, though like someone else said, we fear we wouldn’t even be told. Praying against this demonic attack on all our children and families. May God free our children from this delusion and bring them to Himself, healing, and back to us as parents.

It was only by a strange set of circumstances that we were alerted that she was in the ICU. God works in ways we never could imagine.

I have used private investigators to check on her at times and I have found Instagram photos of her. I used to be able to track her phone but she’s now changed it. I recommend everybody to use private investigators if necessary. They are expensive but well worth it.

Praying for all our prodigal children to come back to their senses, and for us parents to be able to stand strong in truth and steadfast in love.

One of the things that brings me great comfort are all the stories of redemption available on YouTube and other platforms, where people have finally woken up to see how this is not just a mental health phenomenon. It is, like you said, a spiritual battle. There is ALWAYS hope. Never forget that God works miracles.

I’m so sorry. Everything in this story has happened to me except my daughter ending up in hospital - and I panic about nobody telling me if she does.

I am thankful others can write so well about our collective and individual pains. Your story, minus the awfulness of the hospital scene, is my same reality. How well you described the continued faith, hope and love we cling to despite everything. God bless you and all of us🙏🏻❤️

Beautiful and poignant! Standing like you, for our son, who is also a prodigal who has rewritten our family's history and has cut us off completely.

Yes!!! Thank you for putting the thoughts of so many of us into words. Maybe one day, all those who have affirmed will read and maybe understand a fraction of the pain us parents have experienced.

I am giving you a standing ovation! I know this pain, too. Hang onto truth, keep standing, keep praying! The story is not over! Lord, I pray for this daughter to be rescued from the lies and deception and pit that she is living in. May she reunite with you and her very loving parents.
