Yes, my best friend of nearly three decades has decided to renounce her faith and everything she had ever believed in order to affirm her youngest daughter as a son. I don’t know how she sleeps at night, but I also can’t imagine how my own daughter sleeps at night. Does God not speak to them in their dreams, as He does to me? Are they so deaf that they no longer hear? See? Feel? Anything? I honestly don’t know.
