What an amazing accomplishment! Detransitioners deserve the best of care and every opportunity to heal from the harms perpetrated against them by a society gone mad. I hope Congress takes this seriously.

Excellent Detrans Awareness Day report. I was there, too. Such brave, inspiring young people.

PITT parents and others might also be interested in my two stories about the day:

I'm so happy to see de-transitioners being heard by the government; it's heartwarming. I pray it inspires governments in other countries to listen to de-transitioner stories, realise how dangerous transgender experimentation is to the human body and stop the abuse.

Thank you for your hopeful and inspiring report. I truly believe those of you who've "been there," the detransitioners and parents, will lead us out of this mess.

Thank you for your work and dedication.

Inspiring! So much gratitude and respect for the courage, resilience, and grace under fire that all of you have continually displayed. Including prefessionals who have risked everything to stand with detransitioners.

It seemed almost hopeless just a year ago, but you continued to take battle after battle and your bravery has turned the tide, as well as given a voice to others who couldn't speak before. Each detransitioner spoke like an expert in their field that day. Truly impressive.

Thank You and Congratulations!

This is awesome news. The stories need to get out, and reach all those who blindly affirm in the belief that they are doing good.

The detransitioners are here, they are not your personal army, they are their own army

A huge thank you to these brave people. I hope and pray that detransitioning and desisting become the cool thing to do.

I just want to be done with this woke ideology.

Great work! I especially like the idea of a Resilience Health Network. That will help a lot of people.

Any first hand accounts of how the meetings with the Democratic legislators went?

Thank for sharing this and thank you to everyone who organized this important day. I watched it live on youtube and have shared it with number of doctors including my son's pediatrician and therapist who did nothing to help us. I would love to see congress call AAP, AMA and APA to testify on the atrocities they are committing against children and young people.

What a fantastic idea. We should each ask our Congressional representatives to call on them to appear, or to subpoena them.

It was an incredible experience to be there. Although I, too, had heard most of their stories before, as you stated, there was a freshness in hearing from each of the panel speakers in person, an inspiring energy, and it invigorated my sense of purpose and duty as a professional in the field of psychotherapy and education.

I traveled and joined for that reason, and it nourished me beyond my expectation.

The dedicated and courageous voices of young men and women who have detransitioned, doctors, therapists, and investigative journalists were powerful and deeply informative.

thank-you to everyone who worked so hard to make DeTrans Awareness Day happen.

Among Democrats there has been some defection from the lock-step allegiance to trans ideology. Bit by bit the dyke will be breached.

Thank-you!

"They came to Capitol Hill and conquered it with authority and grace." BRAVO! This is fantastic news. This is so encouraging, and I am very proud of every detransitioner who participated in this Detrans Awareness Day. It cannot be easy or comfortable to talk about the harm that was done and the way you were victimized. I applaud you for speaking the truth and telling your stories. This affirmation must stop, and I am sorry that you all had to go through what you have gone through (including your families) to get to this point. I pray that your voices were heard and that you will make a difference. May God bless you, watch over you, protect you and keep you all safe. Your voices, your stories will change the future. Thank you!
