You are not alone. I was reading your story and I realized it was ours. I consistently find it fascinating, in light of reading this, how people can question your parenting rather than offer the compassion so desperately needed. One can homeschool, restrict computer access, have a child raised in a loving, complete home and family, yet still have a 29 year old son who falls prey to this life (that is OUR story). To scold a parent by assuming things done "wrong" is cold and calloused. It can happen to ANY child.

Someone said it best below - we are on the Titanic...". My son is my only child, he's 25, been castrated, suffering but doesn't get it. We still speak, but its one sided - he's become a narcissist- he's blown off Grad school. Finally told me last night he lost his full ride scholarship. These idiots that have "helped" him have only destroyed his life .
