“now you’re going to start on That again,”…. I wish that phrase did not sound so familiar! — just because our own two kids did not, thankfully, get on the Trans-Train, my husband does not seem to understand why I would care about the approx 10 other best friends and acquaintances in our kids’ larger cohorts who are trying to change their sex or attempting the creation of a new non-existent category, non-binary. I am beginning to see more clearly how language, and its misuse is a major player in this debacle. Yes, there are many gender ROLES that one can assume, try-on, act out, live with— infinite numbers! to be exact. And yes, expected gender roles can be constricting. But our sex is separate, binary and ultimately immutable! When I talk with many of the younger Gen, I feel that they cannot even hear this, at times.
The trans cult has reached deep into all of our young people's lives! My 2 got sucked into it by the education system and although never went down the "I am Trans" line (boy is gay, girl would be anything that made her feel loved - but very much a hetero young woman) they fully adopted the fallacy that "we can decide whatever reality we want and FU parents if you disagree with us.". Such lies are being taught to children by our institutions!! Fight.fight fight, indeed.
