This is such hopeful news! Thank you to the Federal Trade Commission for telling the truth, for supporting the detransitioners and letting their stories be told. I was able to watch the very beginning with the guest speakers. Here are some important take aways notes: Speaker #1 (Simon) a young man who has been ostracized and sexual abused at age 14. He saw a therapist and was immediately affirmed as being transgender and referred to the transgender clinic. She told him how brave he was. He is now 21 years old and said, "I am one of the lucky ones as I only socially transitioned." He was lied to by the medical professionals he was supposed to trust. Speaker #2 (Garrett) is the father of speaker #1. The dad's speech was so moving and when he said that the pediatrician said to him in front of his son "Would rather have a dead son or a living daughter?" Mr. Price said this was emotional blackmail and malpractice. He fought hard to keep his son from taking any cross-sex hormones and never took him to the gender clinic. He did an incredible amount of research and knew that transgender was not real. Speaker #3 (Claire) said that at age 14 she was "sold a dream that turned into a nightmare." Speaker #4 (Elvira) whose 17-year-old daughter was stolen from her because a Pastor complained because she would not affirm her daughter, so child services got involved. A therapist she was immediately affirmed her daughter as being transgender. "Was this care or ideology disguised as therapy?" Her daughter ended up committing suicide in a dorm room (fentanyl OD) and her body was not discovered for four days. Speaker #5 (Kayla) She is now 20 years-old and said that one month after her 13th birthday she met with a surgeon who used watered-down terms like "top surgery" and would never be able to "chest feed", and would "loose sensation" but at age twelve what did any of that really mean? She mentioned all the side effects she now suffers from for taking testosterone for 5 years: now has a much lower voice, cannot scream, has nerve pain, electrical zaps and itching. She was affirmed without any doctor asking her "why" and no one screened for any prior trauma.

I am wondering about some sort of global 'class action' against doctors and therapists (any form of transgenderists, really - those that constitute what they call the 'multidisciplinary team' that has the self-proclaimed 'authority' to inflict 'gender-affirming care' on our children) who have harmed our children, in an international criminal court or some such. I am in South Africa, and have little knowledge of such legal things. I'd welcome any ideas on this...
When people use that "sex assigned at birth" gibberish they are saying that the biological sex doesn't really matter, that the child's "true" sex will emerge in time and it's a coin toss whether it matches biology.

In addition to doctors and clinics, we need to go after school administrators, teachers and guidance counsellors. Kids are ordering cross sex hormones online. I think the federal trade commission can make that illegal.
