Grandparents Fight Back
I am part of a small group of grandmothers who have connected through Our Duty USA. Our group is called Grandparents Fight Back. In addition to offering support to one another we are trying to educate others about the dangers of gender affirming care for children. We are currently working to help pass the Protect Children’s Innocence Act to make puberty blockers, hormones, and sex altering surgeries for minors illegal in all states. This bill recently passed the House with no Democrats voting in favor of it. We are reaching out to all senators to try and pass this bill with bi-partisan support.
If you would like to help, please copy this letter and send it to your senators. If you have a personal story, insert it in the letter or send it on separate page. Send your friends and groups that you are in and ask them to send it on. Print the letter and give out at your place of worship or anywhere else you might find people interested in helping with this campaign. Keep sending letters to your senators. Call them and don’t give up until they call you back. If possible, try and get a meeting to speak with them in person.

I am writing to urge you to partner with Senator JD Vance to sponsor, promote, and pass the Protect Children’s Innocence Act. The Protect Children's Innocence Act would ban the genital mutilation, chemical castration, and sterilization of innocent children. Under this act the performance of so called “gender affirming care” on a minor would become a class C felony.
In order to pass the Protect Children’s Innocence Act we will need bi-partisan support. The health and well being of America’s children should not be a political game between Republicans vs Democrats or Blue States vs Red States. Every member of congress needs to act on his or her own conscience to stop allowing perfectly healthy children to damage their bodies and become medical patients for life.
Legislators in 20 states have recently passed bills to restrict transgender medical interventions, such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and genital surgeries for minors. The tide of public opinion appears to be moving against “gender-affirming care,” a euphemism for child sex- change procedures that are unnecessary, not supported by evidence, experimental and dangerous.
European countries including the UK, Sweden, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Poland, and Hungary are all putting restrictions on radical, irreversible gender dysphoria treatments that have not been proven to be effective. Australia will also soon be introducing a national ban for minors on “gender affirming care” formerly known as “sex reassignment therapies.”
One might wonder why prestigious hospitals such as the Mayo Clinic, Boston’s Children’s Hospital, and Stanford Medical Children’s Health continue to offer gender affirming care to
minors if it is dangerous, has no proven efficacy, and treats a once rare condition that disappears on its own for most by age 18?
One answer can easily be found with a simple web search.
From Grandview Research, August 2023, the article titled U.S. Sex Reassignment Surgery Market Growth & Trends explains:
“The U.S. sex reassignment surgery market size is expected to reach USD 5.0 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 11.25% from 2023 to 2030, according to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc. Improving reimbursement scenario and government aids, and growing awareness about transgender surgeries is expected to drive the growth of the market over the forecast period. The rising awareness plays a crucial role in fostering understanding, acceptance, and support for transgender individuals.”..... “Furthermore, the market is growing due to favorable government initiatives that provide care and financial aid for surgeries.”
The American system of “gender affirming care” is not life saving. There are no studies proving that children under 18 who identify as trans are at higher risk of suicide. Youth who have real gender dysphoria that starts in early childhood, persists throughout the years, and does not go away by age 18 can access sex reassignment therapies when they reach adulthood.
Again I am asking for your much needed support to promote and pass the Protect Children’s Innocence Act. I would greatly appreciate it if you would get back to me regarding your views on this important matter.

I had written a really long post, but my 13 year old literally pulled the plug on the computer just as I was about to post it. Here's the short version:
I'm a 30 year qualified Dr of clinical psychology and a certified expert witness in child protection, here in the UK. In all this time I saw ONE child who had what would now be called 'Gender Dysphoria'. It's NOT REAL. Professionals know it, but they are lying to you and are doing it for the money.

I have printed this letter and sent it three times to my senators along with my personal story about my 6 year old granddaughter who has been transitioned to a trans boy Each time I included different printed articles with my letter as well as those two informational pages that I have included for you to use . I have been offered a meeting with Amy Klobuchar’s staff and I am hoping to eventually get a meeting with her as well . I had a phone conversation with my representative, who is a Republican. He is the one who told me the bill had passed the House with no Democrats voting in favor of it. There has been no publicity about this that I have seen. Yes, one person can make a difference ! If we all keep contacting Senators in our own states together we can help pass this bill.
