I'm on board with not giving a flying F about being considered a phobic-trans-bigot. Once the majority join in on not being afraid of such labels we will have an easy win.

I wish I could give credit to who said this, but one woman said that when she is called a transphobe, her response is either "I don't care," or "yes, I am a transphobe." She then goes on to list the things she is fearful of: men pretending to be women who then get to enter women's spaces, such as locker rooms, women's sports, women's bathrooms, women's prisons, etc. There are instances of women being assaulted and raped in schools and prisons because of this absurdity. I agree with you 100% that we should not be put on the defensive when such labels are thrown at us. Wear them proudly, and calmly detail why they fit.
