Name Tags

“Hi my name is Sally and my astrological sign is Virgo. I noticed that most people have not written their astrological sign on their nametags and very few people are identifying their sign when they stand up to share. I feel singled out when other people don’t acknowledge how fundamental astrology is to all of us. Being Virgo is a big part of my identity and I feel really disrespected when people don’t validate that. No one can tell just by looking at you when you were born and I certainly don’t want to make assumptions about whether you are a Capricorn or Gemini or whatever. So, I would really appreciate it if everyone put their astrological signs on their name tags and please identify your sign when you talk. I just want to remind all of us, that everyone is born under the stars at a certain time and place and acknowledging that truth connects us all. Thanks for letting me share.”
