If you are a parent, teacher, medical or psychiatric professional in Canada who has been impacted by gender affirmation care in any way, please read and complete the survey(s) below. Our Duty Canada aims to collect data around social transition and the gender affirming care model in Canada from those who have witnessed what’s happening. If you are not Canadian, please do not complete the survey but you can check back with PITT or Our Duty Canada in a few weeks for a summary of our findings.
We’ve all heard the empty argument, nay, the lie, that medical transition is not happening to children. We know, first hand, that it is. We aim to amplify the average Joe’s experience with the egregiousness and prevalence of the psychological and physical harm being done to children under the banner of so-called “gender affirming” care.
Our Duty Canada (ODC) is a group of concerned parents, most of whom have children struggling with transgender ideation and grappling with the largely unrestricted social and medical options being presented to them here in Canada. We believe that no child has the necessary cognitive and psychosocial maturity to provide informed consent to the use of synthetic cross-sex hormones and surgical procedures (referred to as “gender affirming care”) that may permanently damage their health, sexual function and fertility.
As a group, we share a very unique perspective based on two strengths:
(1) We have a wealth of first-hand experience with children experiencing gender distress, because we parent them, as well as with the medical and mental health practitioners who have recommended gender-affirming care for these children, and
(2) As dedicated parents, some of whom are also researchers, academics and mental health professionals, we also carefully follow the peer-reviewed research in this area, which, to date, has NOT yielded strong evidence of the safety or effectiveness of these gender affirming medical treatments. Therefore, we work to increase public awareness and pressure our social, medical and political organizations to conduct themselves from an evidence-based perspective.
We have created a series of quick surveys for Canadian parents and professionals asking about their experiences in K-12 schools, within their teaching positions, and in mental and medical health settings. We aim to gather data around social transition and the gender affirming care model in Canada from parents and professionals who see what’s really going on behind the scenes.
The surveys ask about everything from whether your child was secretly socially transitioned in a Canadian K-12 school to whether medical professionals are being strong-armed into prescribing synthetic opposite sex hormone drugs to children.
With so many parents and professionals across Canada experiencing varied levels of censorship around the practices and protocols of so-called gender affirming care, in which the first step is “social transition”, we know it is vitally important for these voices to be heard.
We hope to analyze the survey data on social transition in schools soon, followed by the others, and organize the results into a media/social media and public awareness campaign.
Please fill out any of the survey(s) that apply to you and/or share them widely so the people whose voices we aim to amplify will.
Just as science is not settled, Canadian parents are NOT all on board with upholding the delusion that the child they know best was “born in the wrong body” and Canadian professionals are NOT all chomping at the bit to give life altering and experimental chemical drugs to kids based on their fleeting feelings.

Bravo ODC. Supporting you from the US. United We Stand; Divided We Fall
I want this survey in the USA. It would be cool if it would go state by state.
