On Thursday November 24th we are celebrating Thanksgiving in the USA. I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. I am not a writer. Please don't mistake the dry style of my writing for a lack of genuine, sincere, deep gratitude. The list is in no particular order.
Currently in my work here in Mexico I am using breathwork and old and tried client centered approach to allow teenagers to become comfortable with their bodies again. We are our body! No one was born in the wrong body. No amount of cutting can solve the internal conflict, this social contagion that has spread like wild fire through the bodies and minds of young people.
I am very grateful for this post and to see such strong community support. I would add Colin Wright, Wesley Yang and Kathleen Stock to the list, along with StoicMom who is doing such impactful work with non-affirming parents, and the good folks at FAIR. Thank you all and happy Thanksgiving!
Profound gratitude to Alix Aharon of the Gendermapper project. Eternal debt of gratitude. I can't adequately explain here, the entire story of this particular rescue, which did far more than give us a helping hand out of the looming transgender horror for one of our children. This rescue took us much further out of our situation, than we could have dreamed. Being given a helping hand out of the potential non-binary transgenderism horror alone would have been enough for an eternal debt of gratitude. And yet, there was so much more. Thank you, Alix Aharon.
Oh.... And for the growing number of physicians and mental health professionals who publicly dare to challenge their professional groups' gender affirmation stances. GETA and SEGM also.
I am very thankful for the GDSN and the many kinds of support it gives. Jo and Jane are two special heroes. So are all the volunteer parent support group leaders. ❤️
I am also thankful for the effective voice of Genspect and for the creativity, energy, courage, and skill that go into its many-faceted work
Can I just say the list in these comments has simply made my day! Thanks to the author of this piece for getting the ball rolling. So many heroes and heroines!
Thank you to Dr. Miriam Grossman, for telling the truth about the lies of trans ideology, and for challenging the American Psychiatric Association to do the right thing and to follow truth and science, not ideology!
Australian journalist Bernard Lane is a true unsung hero, in a country where the gender cult reigns supreme. He has paid a heavy price - he was chased out of mainstream media by the High Priestess of the cult ;
Many of his articles cover international news as well as Australian
He is still not well known enough internationally - everyone PLEASE support him!! All content is free, or you can support him with a paid subscription if you wish.
I want to echo that, I am grateful to all those people too, and am grateful for the community of like minded people I have found. Just listened to Stella & Sasha’s interview with Wesley Yang. It puts what we are experiencing first hand within our families in the broader societal context. We are living in truly extraordinary times. We will certainly have some stories to tell our grandchildren (should we ever get to have any 🤨). Thanks to all the critical thinkers out there who are prepared to take a stand against the tide of this mad ideology.
I am grateful every minute for everything brave souls are doing in this community to stop this insanity. If I can stop even one more child from going down the medical path - I know I am not wasting my life.

Grateful for my friends, and especially Sarah and Liz, who have been there for me in the darkest times.
I'll add Colin Wright at Quillette to your excellent list.
PITT offers a haven for compassionate and wise company. To be less alone with all of this is so appreciated.
Grateful to all who contribute anything helpful to PITT, thanks all! Happy Thanksgiving!
I am grateful to Canadian Meghan Murphy who has been outspoken regarding the "trans" craze for years.
And, to Elon Musk for returning her to Twitter after being silenced there for 4 years!
