I can assure you both, as the mother of this child, that The Gavel Project is legit. I am a client and intend to fight a society that took my child away from me for political reasons. Here in the UK an international law firm called Pogust Woodhead is appealing to detransitioned patients who were harmed by the Gender ID Service at the Tavistock Clinic in London. They are planning a Class Action lawsuit: https://tavistockclaimlawyers.com/
There must be lawyers in the US who would take on a group of parents of deluded children wrongly "affirmed" by State authorities.
The PITT platform is exactly the right place for such a campaign to start and for the search for a suitable lawyer to work across all States to be found and briefed. Or am I being over-optimistic?
I have been following this story and I would like to get this in front of everyone I know to help with crowdfunding. But I want to get some verification of the legal side of this first. I looked up the Gavel Project and it seems legitimate. But how do I get independent verification of this group’s credibility and actions?
The possibility of setting precedent that allows courts to classify “misgendering” as parental abuse will galvanize every parent who hears of this. I want to help stop this. But I also want to be able to say, yes I’ve done due diligence, this is for real, and I don’t know how to do that. Help?
Judge Robert Kershaw, Circuit Court of Maryland, is up for re-election in 2023. A concerted effort to deny him re-election needs to be made. If this effort is made, and succeeds, it will send a message to other judges who are anti-family.
Unbelievably tragic! Ms. Khan, Mr. Via, and Ms. Olsen are disgustingly woke liars! So Ms. Khan thinks that doing dishes and not having your preferred pronoun is abusive is nuts! So doing chores is abuse; I made the family bread, did the dishes, vacuumed and never once felt abused; words fail me! Grown adults lying through their teeth out to destroy two loving parents; if you can't say 'no' to your kids or 'wait till you're an adult' then what is the point of having children if you cannot raise them the way you see fit. I said 'no' or 'you're two young' to my two boys and yes, they did chores but then woke transgenderism wasn't around back in the 80s. I pray for transgenderism to become a black blot in history sooner than later, before more lives of children and teens are ruined for life.

I worked in the abuse and neglect system for a number of years. To see the system bastardized in this manner by activist counselors, teachers, attorneys and judges enrages me. The real abuse here is not by the parents. It is the sex trafficking and harms imposed upon this child while on the streets and then in state custody. These are the outcomes I feared would start happening years ago. Thank you for helping this family.

Medical kidnap has been done forever. The war against the children will unite humanity if we let it. There are so many people out there who have had their children stolen in one way or another.

We parents are in a war against evil. I am not legally entitled to refer to my daughter as “her” as she is legally male. My conscience does not allow me to refer to her as him. So I refer to her as “my youngest child”. Just takes a little longer to say than “her”. We are being bullied into changing our language. This is a loss of freedom of speech.
