Uncomfortable Truths Update!
Episode one of Uncomfortable Truths is complete! We previewed a test screening at Genspect's The Bigger Picture conference in Denver, and it received a standing ovation. Many people told me it was the only film on the subject that they'd feel comfortable sharing with people who are "on the fence" on the gender issue. I'm excited to complete the series and get it out there for everyone to see.
We are now raising post production funds for the rest of the series. All contributions are tax deductible through my new nonprofit, The Signal Education Project.
There are two episodes left to edit. The next episode will be focused on guiding young people and families through gender confusion and will be chock-full of advice for parents on how to navigate the trans topic with their kids.

An anonymous doctor recently pointed out that affirming a child’s proclaimed counter gender identity is really affirming his or her hatred for self.
What you are saying is “You hate yourself at this moment, and I will affirm that.”
Word.
My now 54-year old DAUGHTER told me a few years ago that she wanted to have a double mastectomy because, "I've always thought like a man." "Ha," I said, "I'm a man and I'm not sure how men think." Immediately she said, "I'm a girl, dad." She has suffered tremendous abuse by "profesionals" and peers who confirm her confusion. She remains my daugher, and I love her deeply.
