WPATH - The Belly of the Beast! - Part 1
I don’t believe we can win the fight for our children with the approach that is currently being taken, or at least we can’t win it fast enough. This is because gender ideology is backed by laws. And these laws are based on poor, faulty research from the non-evidence-based pseudo medical organization, WPATH. WPATH is a trans advocacy group masquerading as an established medical group. WPATH’s pattern of deception, lack of evidence and circular reporting spread like a web within the medical and mental health fields. It then expanded to educational institutions, impacting policies, guidance and treatments.
The education institutions followed the same web formation as WPATH. One original guideline created to address Transgender and Nonbinary Students provided information from the original sources of WPATH. A mini-Standards of Care was formed for schools. The next school citied the first school and so on until the original gender support plan and guidelines made their way across the US and the world. The Guidance to School Districts for Creating a Safe and Supportive School Environment For Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Students followed the same pattern of the Standards of Care for Gender Dysphoria throughout the medical field. The “guidance” was a collection of “evidence” from WPATH. The “guidance” received the same assistance WPATH received from individuals and advocacy groups that accelerate implementation of policies and guidance. However, the acceleration was swifter within schools because individuals were already in place from the web created by WPATH. The WPATH web is formed in companies and businesses with laws to back up any guidance as well. The “guidelines” in K-12 are backed by laws. These plans and guidelines will be upheld until the Federal Law rules otherwise.
The Consequences
Removal of Parental Rights and responsibility to make healthcare decisions for their minor children were reversed
Removal of Sexed Based Rights
Removal of Homosexual Rights
Medical and Mental Harm
Can we make a difference while “they” are backed by laws?
Why and How it Begin
WPATH
Change and interpretation of what was in DSM
Title IX complaints from transgender students were filed
Lawsuits for gender discrimination
Laws shifted from sex to gender
Request for Guidance for Schools was made
Guidance for supporting transgender and nonconforming students created
(mini-WPATH Standards of Care for School Boards)School and state policies were created off of the guidance
Children are allowed to socially transition at school
The Social Contagion - groups identifying in schools, phones, social media
Children persist down the medical pathway
Parental legal rights and responsibility to make healthcare decisions for their minor children are reversed.
Gender not sexed based laws & policies
The Current Fight
Lawsuits Complaints & Disputes Medical & Mental Fraud & Harm
Title IX - sex, not gender
LGB homosexual rights
Parental rights
Guidelines & Policies for Transgender and Nonconforming Students
What We Know
They got it wrong
It’s the biggest medical scandal

The school’s and state board guidance is WPATH’s Standards of Care
Call to Action
Reverse the Complaints and Guidance that started it all!
By doing the following we can support the efforts of current lawsuits and guidance/policies changes with more push back within the K-12 schools. We can help accelerate and provide support in the efforts to change laws protecting them. We have original complaints and proof of harm caused. We must strengthen and grow our web of individuals, organizations and proof of harm caused. Together we can make a bigger difference. Combined there are more of us then “them.”
Collaborate efforts from all harm done by the reversal of rights
Parental
Victims of Title XI
Homosexual
Detransitioners
Lawyers
Official complaints against the school and state guidelines and policies
Discovery of the resources the School’s and State Boards used to create Policies for Transgender and Nonconforming Students
Disprove, and call attention to the low quality of research behind the school and state board policies and guidance both publicly and internally
Prove and call attention to the resources used to create the guidance and policies:
Deceptive Practices
• a representation, omission, that misleads
• the misleading representation, omission, or practice is material
Unfair Practices
• causes or is likely to cause substantial injury
• is not outweighed by countervailing benefits
Prove lack of informed consent in with school gender policies and gender support plans
What will happen if we don’t
Medical and mental harm to all continues while we wait on the judicial system
Schools and State Boards of Education will continue using their Policies and Guidance for Transgender and Nonconforming Students aka WPATH’s SOC
Children will continue to begin their way down the medical pathway because step one is facilitate in K-12 (or online) led by the child.
We must go upstream as Mia Hughes stated in her speech at the Genspect Bigger Picture Conference 2025 - Live Not By Lies. Upstream from the clinics and hospitals are the K-12 schools.
In this video Marci Bowers says “It’s on you, you should have done your homework, you should get a second option.”
I did my homework and I want a second option!
But I can’t get a second option because there is one option, WPATH. And the option is backed by law.

Below is some early history on the USA School Guidance aka - WPATH’s Standards of Care

Examples of Policies and Emerging Practices for Supporting Transgender StudentsFriday, May 13, 2016 U.S. Departments of Justice and Education Release Joint Guidance to Help Schools Ensure the Civil Rights of Transgender Students
February 28, 2018
This letter clarifies the rights of all students in New York to enjoy a safe and nondiscriminatory educational environment without regard to their gender identity; and confirms the ongoing obligation of all school districts in New York State to protect those rights under state and federal law.
Examples of “Research” for School Guidance
In the 2015 New York Guidance the book Transgender Children and Youth: A Child Welfare Practice Perspective by Gerald P. Mallon and Teresa DeCrescenzo was listed as a source of information. The book of course has references to The Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association, Richard Green and more.
In 2020 Report of the Affirming and Inclusive Schools Task Force to Governor JB Pritzker Strengthening Inclusion in Illinois Schools
American Academy of Pediatrics “The AAP recommends taking a ‘gender-affirming,’ nonjudgmental approach that helps children feel safe in a society that too often marginalizes or stigmatizes those seen as different. The gender-affirming model strengthens family resiliency and takes the emphasis off heightened concerns over gender while allowing children the freedom to focus on academics, relationship-building and other typical developmental tasks.”

So the US Secretary of State has announced it is a Human right violation to chemically alter or surgically mutilate a child.
Shouldn't this set precedent Internationally?
It's in violation of the Nuremberg Code and any WPATH member in support should be hung or imprisoned for life.
This is all amazing information. Scary!!! Is there a letter we can send to our politicians so they will listen. I find writing the letters the hardest part as I don’t know as much as you guy do.
Having a template letter with link to articles and reviews (CASS) and I sentence summary would help a lot.
