Aren't they ending the Board of Education?

There also an "Agency" with no authority over Executive Orders

Wpath is funded by members and is junk science. Let them try because any harm physically, mentally, psychologically they can be held accountable 10 years after the child turns 18. But a lot of legalities and more research to do to know definitively all the technicalities Nation and Worldwide

Canada is worse than the U.S. Mia Hughes, Billboard Chris and Amy Hamm are the three names that come to mind. All are pushing back against the gender cult. Please comment and share any other names and groups pushing back in Canada.

Yes. WPATH is the root cause of everything, and that root is rotten through and through. It and its sinister policies must be eradicated. Everything else is window dressing.

Creating a legal association for homosexuals happened in the late 80s when the 1st Lavender Law Conference was held. AIDS helped rally the masses for the cause leading to institutionalization. This was the doormat that allowed TQ+ to be tacked onto LGB. They are tied together like kryptonite with heavy corporate backing. Initiatives like the Family Acceptance Project, Gender Spectrum, and Gender Diversity began to roll around the year 2000. Acceptance at all costs LGB or TQ+ or your child is being traumatized -and it is your fault -is how it has gone for decades now. This leaves any Christian world view out of the equation and the child has morphed into the property of the state.

Behind the rainbow agenda is a social determinants model of healthcare (SDOH)where sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) are manipulated for corporate interests in things like artificial reproduction technologies, surrogacy, gametogenesis and beyond.

Adding that a study dubbed "Hatred in the Hallways" was initiated in the year 1999. It would ultimately be housed in the US Dept of Justice and the UN. The study looked at identity right when new identity politics was picking up steam and and being institutionalized in medicine and education. The study looked at LGBT identities in US schools. There were whopping 8 trans id'ed kids - ones no doubt being provided new language to describe their confusion. The study was backed by a plethora of activists many who had gained their status over AIDS initiatives.

Identities and politics are a marriage for corporate interests and America's children fair game.

the study (which can no longer be found on the Dept of Justice website):

At this point, people who live in places like Oregon, Washington, California and Minnesota, may not be able to get much relief from trans allies and their aggression. The gender critical movement is pretty much dependent on political support from the Trump admin and from Republicans in "red states." The blue state politicians, most of their Democrat constituents, and the medical profiteers will organize against challenges to their malignant laws.

Yes, I know, Illinois is another state in deep trouble due to woke politics.

Add Michigan to that list.

Yes, I know, and I am sad to know it. I live in Oregon now and lived in Michigan previously. Michigan was similar to Oregon: it had a few cities and university towns that were highly “liberal,” but the rest of the state was conservative. People who live in small towns and rural areas of these states are effectively disenfranchised.

The Michigans board of education recently approved new health education standards to start teaching gender identity in Middle School.

Some schools have policies set to use students preferred pronouns/names and give them access to the facilities and sports they identify with.

WTF ! I was hoping we were getting closer to this evil ending.

Some people have been saying that the tide is turning, but that is not the case in woke states. If the Dems take control of the federal govt we will probably regress even farther.

So the US Secretary of State has announced it is a Human right violation to chemically alter or surgically mutilate a child.

Shouldn't this set precedent Internationally?

It's in violation of the Nuremberg Code and any WPATH member in support should be hung or imprisoned for life.

DJ, I'm pretty sure WPATH is still backed by schools, colleges, universities, and politicians. Because, who runs the the Secretary of Education? A big time Democrat, who runs universities, colleges, Socialism. Who runs the schools? Unions, the teachers. The governor of Illinois is deep in the profiting $$$ from gender ideology. So whether you like it or not this is a political issue and Democrats are in bed with WPATH.

I'd have to research more but SOS sets precedent in the US & International and any agency condoning harm to children especially Human rights violations would have consequences. There's also executive orders in place for CRIMES against humanity and children.

The States have own laws so should check, but there's International consequences such as sanctions on other countries.

It's a lot of research to understand the legalities & I'm just trying to understand it all myself.

It sure seems like Nuremberg 2.0 to me and hopefully there will be prison, asset seizure, hanging, etc....

We cannot win lawsuits against trans because trans is now public policy. The courts will say that public policy determines the law, and so judge our complaints to be invalid.

The courts will never help us to fight against trans.

This is all amazing information. Scary!!! Is there a letter we can send to our politicians so they will listen. I find writing the letters the hardest part as I don’t know as much as you guy do.

Having a template letter with link to articles and reviews (CASS) and I sentence summary would help a lot.
