I think J. Michael Bailey is really a sick pervert...just google his previous studies and research.
As for Kenneth J. Zucker, wasn't he part of the problem by changing the terminology from "Gender Identity Disorder" (GID) to "Gender Dysphoria" in the 2013 publication of the DSM-5.
I appreciate Lisa Littman initial work and her coining the term "Rapid-Onset Gender Dysphoria" (ROGD). But I question her judgment in choosing to work with Bailey and Zucker.
As a parent in this nightmare, I get very frustrated when I see these guys try to associate themselves with PITT or any group that wants to truly expose this cult/gender ideology. They are not going to help parents like us. I want nothing to do with them.
I've seen Lisa Littman request parents/children/YA to fill out their survey numerous times throughout the months and wonder if they are not getting enough people to do so. I would not fill out the survey given that two of the other investigators have preconceived notions about our boys I am highly skeptical of the outcome.
Bailey said that he doesn't think the boys are ROGD, although he could be wrong, but didn't think so. He says they are AGP. It was on one of the earlier GWL podcasts. Either he or Blanchard said that he didn't expect the boys to tell their mothers they were into female clothings and had this feeling and we wouldn't know. Hmm....clearly they don't know many mothers.
The bifurcation between HSTS and heterosexual is rather suspect because even the concept of SO is not as clear as some have led us to believe.
Blanchard started his theory with this premise (paraphrasing) - "I figured the HSTS were just taking it to the next level to pass because they were feminine and this would allow them to fit in and be comfortable, but he didn't understand the heterosexuals." He developed a device that would gauge a man's sexual interest leading to his theory that it's AGP, a concept he coined himself.
Bailey furthered it with something called an Erotic Target Identity Inversion which sounds convincing - but what the sexologists are lacking is the understanding of WHY they think wanting/being the opposite sex is the "target". ETII is also used to explain a lot of the other "identities" mostly males are "becoming". The theory revolves around asking males if they want to become that. I would have to go back to the symposium and listen to which ones are ETII's. but hey are talking about furries, baby diaper fetishists and many others.
Both Bailey and Blanchard don't think that porn was in influence even back in the 80's. Blanchard stated in a podcast he went looking for the sissy porn in the Toronto stores, but didn't find any. I wonder why he wouldn't ask his clients where to find it since they supposedly mentioned it. Why do the children of these men and the ex-wives talk about their use of porn? Steven Hassan discussed sissy hypno porn on Insta how it is having an effect on males. He had to take the post down because the TRAs came in hard & fast.
I've veered off a bit, but it's a topic that I have been "researching" and looking at for five years and have a lot more to say on it, but my first paragraph explains his preconceived idea.

Can you elaborate on your comment? Curious what you mean by preconceived notions about boys.

Finally, someone is going to consider the family in all this!!
