Keep in mind that generally parents sign permission forms at the beginning of the school year for the school to be able to administer over the counter drugs like Tylenol etc. If you did not give express permission for any Affirmations such as name changes, pronoun changes then the school administered medical treatment in the form of Affirmation therapy without permission. I'm not a lawyer but I was told this applies in my daughter's case. Any other info on lawsuits please comment. When money is involved they may not be so quick to indoctrinate kids

It will take some organizing that is for sure. Where I live, there are no class action suits. And for the moment it's touch and go with my daughter, so I don't want to rock the boat too much, I have a good communication with her. That is one of the big problems. I wrote the local "shelter" three letters, a total of 8000 words or so... and I always write (LGB) T (Q) ... because it is the cuckoo's egg in the nest. I need my daughter on my side, though, because there are some stories of parents who have their kids taken away from them because of "abuse," which is what the groomer* at the shelter accused my wife of in January (my wife is a wonderful mother, we have a very simple rule: If you are in trouble/feeling down about something.... just express it, because it's the easiest way to take care of things. ) I haven't verified the stories, but I will soon.

Also, she is so articulate and intelligent that people thought the nonsense she learned to spew must be true even though it makes no sense and she re-invented the past. So crazy and frustrating.
