This assumes most homosexual males in the west are closeted cross dressers and are in a depressed state wearing any clothing to cover their bodies or wearing their hair or having no hair or whatever.

This is a very homophobic statement as it characterizes the the vast majority of gay males as being closeted and dysphoric based on their clothing preferences that they grew up with and feel comfortable in or growing naturally occurring facial hair or cutting their hair short. Physical appearance in society is to not confuse the society as to which sex you are ( not your sexuality as that is not determined by your clothing or appearance but what you do in privacy) and to follow some rules to keep sanity. It is meaningful only for that and is similar to other societal norms we follow for common good. We have many identities and we should not have to take extraordinary measures to express one of those..

I agree, and it is so sad when "abuse" gets redefined as not agreeing with someone about a delusion. GI is all about stereotypes. Wishing everyone peace
