It wouldn’t even need to be a class action: Kiera Bell proved this in the UK, where the system is more straightforward because healthcare is untethered from capitalism. If you hadn’t heard of Kiera Bell, it’s because this very consequential story was ignored by US media — another outrage colored by perverse incentives. Her case was decided under judicial review in December 2020. It sure seems like a road map for some brave victim in America. I, for one, would contribute to the legal fund.

Unfortunately, the "informed consent" laws in the US keep doctors/therapists from being sued. It is better to focus on the kids and make "being trans" uncool.
