I am hoping to use my many poems I wrote during those time, and list a poem at the beginning of each chapter that relates.
I have gone through so much in 7 years I feel like a different person. All our experiences are so similar that maybe it would help someone who is new to this horror show.
Yes. I'd forgotten how terrifying it was to watch my brother deteriorate, all those years ago, until recently I found something I wrote about a dream I had in which "my brother wasn't crazy anymore."
Literally the answer to my dreams.
My family was all alone when we went through the Satanic panic with him. We didn't know anyone else struggling with it. To have known even one other family would have made all the difference in the world.
As a longtime professional editor, I can advise you: Keep writing your story. Don't try to shape it. Just write it down, in all the detail you can. Write whenever the urge strikes. Write it over and over. Write anything and everything.
The theme, structure, etc. doesn't matter. Only the reality matters.
I love that you call it Satanic panic. I am an unabashed Christian and I raised my children to be Christians also. I was a Preacher's son and I do believe we fighting a spiritual battle. My oldest son who I am back in a relationship with is openly a Satanist. He has been completed consumed. I belive a father prayer and love will bring him back.
I have never stopped writing my story for 7 years. I have literally thousands of pages written. I even created an indexing and retrieval system so I can find anything in seconds. I also surreptitiously recorded order every conversation with every professional and have several lawsuits I've filed to draw from with discovery. The discovery recordings show how CPS thinks and I know how bad lawyers use the "Silver Bullet" technique to destroy a father like me.
I could use a good editor!!! My fiancée is a good one, but she is writing a story that shows the absurdity of all of this, much in the same style of "The Royal Tenenbaums.'
I cannot sugar coat it, my story is dark and evil. It has affected many people. It's a crime story.
I think there will be many books out there about the gender cult. I wrote a story too in the beginning stages of my grief, back when I thought this was a stage and would last 6 months, tops. Going on 10 years. I had a great dream about her. She and I were driving and singing in my front seat, just like old times. Then I woke up.

Several good books have been written, but (I could be wrong) so much of this trans idology has a criminal component to it and a 1st amendment religious rights component also. How can the state take a minor child away from a loving parent who happens to believe that God doesn't make mistakes? It can happen in Minnesota, and I believe California and also Washington State.
