I was just on the Cleveland Clinic website. They refer to women as AFAB. Assigned Female At Birth. This bankrupt ideology is deeply, deeply ingrained in our top medical institutions.
I hate that. I can only guess this is their way to clarify the many patients they will have to deal with who have changed their birth certificates, had full on surgeries, or been on meds which contradicts their biological make up. When research is done on the long term effects of this social contagion, things may be so legally convoluted that it may need to be stated in a way to show from the onset what this baby was born as.
So then what's the term for non-woman attracted to non-women?
