I would say it's time for PP to get back to its core mission, providing reproductive and related healthcare, and get out of the cross-sex hormone business. We need PP for birth control, abortions, mammograms, and the like. But gender-related treatments are a separate...let's say specialty that they have no experience in.

I think that PP/Planned Destruction is too captured. They need to be shutdown and a new organization can be formed - like Reproductive Health Services or some such.
