I complained to my alma matter upon learning of an internal pronoun app where kids could have an internal to the school name and pronoun - and did not receive a response. I later read an administrator publish in a school publication that the only concerns the school heard about this wonderful new way were of the administrative/logistical variety like kids needing to watch out for passport mismatches, etc. I believe many/most universities in the US provide hormones and surgeries via their student health service. I understand the College App solicits "gender" information like pronouns and alternate names.
I think most freshman orientations include having everyone share their pronouns. They capture the kids long before it gets to the point of medical harm. I expect most university workers think they are being kind and accepting promoting the ideology.

I knew they provided hormones. Do they provide surgeries too? If so, are these only universities that are associated with hospitals?
Yes. It is in Abigail Shrier's book and I know of some more personally. It happens at University Hospitals on college insurance.
Oh, it's called the Common App.

They do the pronoun sharing in high school too.
